Saturday, Feb. 1 9 a.m. to Noon Chanhassen High School Hooked on Books…and the Arts, too! is a community-wide celebration in support of literacy and the arts. The event integrates literacy and the arts in an imaginative and innovative way through activities, performances, and books by local authors.  The annual event is a partnership between Eastern Carver County Schools Community Education and the Carver County Library. 2020 Teacher of the Year Nominations are Now Open The District 112 Foundation is excited to kick off the second half of the school year by announcing that nominations are now open for the 2020 Teacher of the Year. Students, parents, teachers, and principals are encouraged to nominate exceptional teachers within the Eastern Carver County School district for the District 112 Foundation’s 2020 Teacher of the Year. CRE Fine Arts and Silent Auction Night

CRE Silent Auction Donations The Parent Teacher Organization at Clover Ridge Elementary School will be hosting their annual Fine Arts Night and Silent Auction on Thursday, March 12, 2020 at Clover Ridge Elementary from 5:30 – 8:00 p.m. The Silent Auction will begin at 5:30 p.m. along with displays of students’ artwork, band performances and a choral performance. This is a well promoted and highly attended event by our approximately 650 students, their families, teachers and staff. We know that many families/companies are interested in donating to our Silent Auction. It could be a gift certificate for a valued service, a gift basket or anything you feel is appropriate. Your donation offers a great opportunity to spotlight your business and product or service while also benefiting the students and staff at Clover Ridge. CRE Culture Night

Culture Night Due to a scheduling conflict with the Middle Schools, we are postponing our Culture Night to April 16th.  This is an important night in our community where we celebrate the many different cultures that make up CRE.  This event is intended to celebrate and educate our community about who we are:  Our cultures, our countries, our races, our heritages, our traditions – who we are.  We are sorry for the inconvenience and the scheduling conflict.  Each event is important and our goal is to serve all families.
